The ProActive Cleanroom Protocol team are responsible to ensure the laboratories are clean and safe. They perform protocol and safety walks including, documenting findings in database, establish root cause and corrective action and ensure timely resolution. They also monitor, maintain & enforce clean room protocol adherence including, the proper wearing of garments, such as, safety glasses, goggles, masks, gloves and other applicable PPE.

ProActive Chemical Technicians perform duties necessary to maintain Wet Lab chemical baths, including pouring, mixing and draining various chemicals (including solvents, acids and bases); disposing of chemical containers, inventory and maintaining chemical supply; and, ensuring proper maintenance of sinks. As repairs are needed to sinks or other systems, they will request service and track progress until repair completion.

The ProActive Wafer Care and Reclaim team provide support to the cleanroom lab staff by collecting, cleaning, processing, storing and preparing silicon semiconductor wafers for delivery using FOUPs and FOSBs. They also perform regular preventative maintenance on cleaning systems, wafer transfer tools, products, inspection systems, related hardware and software tools and other equipment. They troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues, identify malfunctioning parts, and install replacements. Additionally, they inspect incoming used materials to assess the need for repair, replacement, disposal of or approval for continued use.

The ProActive Metrology Equipment Operator team operates and maintains semiconductor process equipment, performs basic system qualification checks and compiles and updates process data and specification information.

ProActive provides services to receive, inventory, track and deliver client assets in-house, as well as, staging materials to assist cleanroom lab employees by collecting parts and supplies needed for specific projects. Post project completion, the team will collect materials and direct them to be disposed of, entered into stock or prepared for pickup to be decontaminated.
