ProActive Construction Project Managers provide service by budgeting, planning, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing construction projects related to the development, maintenance or install/removal of tools or other major systems to maintain and upgrade plant facilities.

ProActive Gas Life Safety Project Managers provide service by budgeting, planning, coordinating with suppliers, attending fire department and safety walks and overseeing Gas Life Safety System projects related to the development, maintenance or install/removal of tools or other major systems to maintain and upgrade the plant facilities. They ensure the design and construction contractors comply with safety, electrical, environmental, fire, building, and other applicable codes.

ProActive Facilities Planners provide project planning services by creating and organizing the layout of the facility to maximize efficiency, develop strategic plans, and manage site layout changes. Using CAD/Revit software, they create space utilization drawings, manage campus master plans, and provide support for in-house facilities projects. Space planning is used to maximize limited space availability in the technical lab areas, manage space allocation, provide creative solutions to changing space requirements and assist in the long-range physical planning process for additions, tool movements or other changes to the facility.

The ProActive Facilities Building Manager Support role provides technical leadership in the operations, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of facilities equipment, systems and buildings. They identify safety, compliance, capacity, redundancy, and cost savings projects; review operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, project commissioning & acceptance related documents for facilities systems; manage third party service providers to ensure proper maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, exhaust, wastewater treatment, process piping and controls systems; and organize and track action item lists for corrective maintenance, repairs, and projects.

ProActive Facilities Protocol and Operations team are responsible to ensure the facility is clean and safe. They walk the facility to monitor & enforce protocol adherence, including the proper wearing of garments, such as, safety glasses, goggles, masks, gloves and other applicable PPE and identifying items that need to be stored properly. They document findings, establish root cause & corrective action, and pursue timely resolution of all findings.

ProActive performs services to keep the facility running smoothly and safely. They perform ad hoc repairs as needs arise, as well as projects related to install or removal of minor facility needs for electrical, mechanical, gas lines, ducting, earthquake bracing and cabling. They manage and track projects and, when needed, coordinate repairs with third party vendors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

ProActive Service Yard Operators conduct daily patrols of the service yard and loading dock to ensure the safety and security of the premises. They enforce parking rules within the service yard, ensure compliance with regulations regarding staged items, send staged items to storage as required, request the disposal of scrap items, maintain cleanliness and efficiency within the service yard, and they label and create tickets for materials to be moved or processed.

ProActive provides services to receive, inventory, track and deliver client assets in-house, as well as material staging to assist Facilities Engineers by collecting parts and supplies needed for specific projects. Post project completion, the team will collect materials and direct them to be disposed of, entered into stock or prepared for pickup to be decontaminated.
